These Terms & Conditions govern all nutritional consultation services offered by Nutritionbylali (the “Practitioner”). By booking a session, you agree to the following:

1. Nature of Services

I offer nutritional consultations aimed at supporting wellbeing, lifestyle habits, and general health.
My services:

  • Do not diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions
  • Do not replace medical care or medical supervision
  • Are not a substitute for medical advice
  • Are not emergency or urgent-care services

Clients must continue working with their licensed medical providers for all medical questions and treatments.

2. International Clients

Clients outside Switzerland may book online consultations.

You are personally responsible for:

  • Complying with the health and nutrition regulations of your own country
  • Understanding whether nutritional consulting is regulated where you live
  • Ensuring these services are appropriate for your local rules

These services do not replace any country-specific medical, nutritional, or dietary regulations.

3. Governing Law

All services, agreements, and interactions are governed exclusively by Swiss law, regardless of the client’s country of residence.

Place of jurisdiction: Canton Vaud, Switzerland.

4. Booking & Cancellation

  • Consultations are held online via video call.
  • The intake form must be completed and returned before the first session. Failure to submit it may result in the consultation being cancelled.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session will be charged in full.
  • No refunds are given for completed consultations.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide truthful and complete health information
  • Follow their medical provider’s recommendations
  • Make their own decisions regarding any lifestyle or dietary changes
  • Seek immediate medical attention if symptoms worsen or in case of emergency

The Practitioner cannot be held responsible for results based on incomplete or inaccurate information.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Practitioner is not liable for:

  • Medical decisions made by the client
  • Outcomes that depend on individual health, biology, or adherence
  • Misunderstandings arising from non-compliance with the T&C
  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

7. Payment

Payment is due at the time of booking and should be completed at least 24 hours before the consultation. Prices are listed in CHF and may change with prior notice.

8. Use of Information

Educational materials provided during sessions or published on this website (including articles and blog content) are intended for informational purposes only. They do not constitute medical advice, individualized treatment plans, or clinical recommendations.
