Nutrition that restores health

My name is Lali, and I am a certified nutritionist in Switzerland supporting clients around the world. I have lived in six countries, speak several languages, and today I share my life with my husband and daughter. Some of my favourite moments are the simple ones: walking barefoot along a sandy beach in Portugal, listening to classical music, admiring art, or skiing in the mountains. But the passion that has shaped my life the most is my dedication to healing nutrition and therapeutic cooking.

It wasn’t always this way. For 17 years, I built a successful career in management consulting and heavy industries, holding leadership positions and working globally across oil and gas. By all standards, my life was structured and ambitious. But in the summer of 2015, everything changed.

I suddenly developed a range of unexplained chronic symptoms: deep fatigue, painful lymph nodes, hormonal imbalance, PCOS, frequent flus, vertigo, migraines, eczema, IBS, SIBO, severe reflux, anxiety, insomnia, dermatitis, neurological sensations, frozen shoulder, candida..  nearly twenty symptoms in total. I felt my health slipping away, and no one could explain why.

Over the next several years, I consulted around 20–25 doctors from multiple countries. I tried Ayurveda, Chinese medicine, homeopathy, micro-immunotherapy, and eventually enrolled in treatments at a well-known Swiss functional medicine clinic. I went through an extensive list of interventions: dozens of IVs, chelation techniques, strict diets, and countless supplements. Yet nothing truly shifted. My symptoms persisted, and I was told that conceiving a child might be difficult for me.

Then, something unexpected happened. My Swiss doctor suggested that I look into the Medical Medium protocol. She explained it wasn’t research-based, but her patients were seeing results. Coming from an analytical background, raised in a family of engineers and holding a Master’s in business, I rejected the idea immediately. It took me eight months of hesitation, research, and exhaustion before I finally opened the first book in November 2019.

And then, out of pure desperation, I started.
For the first time in years, things made sense. The explanations, the logic, the way symptoms were connected, it all brought clarity I had never found elsewhere. I committed fully, supported my body deeply, and after one year of following the protocol strictly, something extraordinary happened:

My symptoms gradually resolved.. 
I became pregnant at the age of 40, had a healthy pregnancy, recovered quickly, and continue to breastfeed my daughter today.

As my health returned, so did my curiosity. After helping family and friends improve their own chronic symptoms, I felt called to understand the deeper principles behind what had helped me heal. I returned to my studies and obtained my nutrition diploma in Switzerland, exploring how therapeutic nutrition and scientific evidence intersect, and where the Medical Medium protocols fit within that broader landscape. Today, I integrate this approach with evidence-informed practice, because I have witnessed, time and again, the profound, long-term results it can deliver.

I support clients who are navigating the same uncertainty I once faced: chronic, unexplained symptoms that disrupt daily life and leave people feeling unheard or misunderstood. I work with a wide spectrum of conditions, but one topic is especially close to my heart: infertility. There is nothing more meaningful to me than seeing a photo of a newborn whose parents were told they might never conceive. I understand that journey intimately: the fear, the hope, and the profound joy of healing.

I am now based in Switzerland and dedicated to helping clients locally and internationally regain their health, confidence, and energy through personalised therapeutic nutrition, with empathy, precision, and deep respect for their individual paths.
